The goal of this methodology is global customer satisfaction through operational excellence in terms of cost, quality and delivery. This methodology which is driven by continuous improvement and based on the principle of “right first time” is rigorously implemented in all sites.
Involvement of Personnel
Our 5 Axes methodology is reinforced by our Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC approach). In the event of an incident, meetings are held on the spot to identify the root cause. Corrective action is defined immediately and implemented within 24 hours. The QRQC approach is applied by all functions and operations.
