Mission
Reporting to the operational manager of a Business Unit, a Product Family or a National Direction, the financial controller actively participates in managing commercial and/or industrial activities as a part of a profitable growth strategy. He is responsible for Internal Control and the reliability of financial statements.
Responsibilities
He/She manages a finance team (4 to 10 people),
He/She guarantees the relevance of financial statements,
He/She launches and follows up Action Plans for his business unit,
He/She takes part in strategic decisions.
Profile
Future
After two or three years, he can evolve as a Financial Controller of a bigger business unit in any country where the Group is present,
Or he can choose another job related to Finance or another field.
He/She has around 5 years of experience in Management Control and/or another financial job,
He/She can easily fit into a management team in an international environment.
